These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and mh999 (the "Platform", "Operator", or "we/us/our"), governing your access to and use of the mh999 website located at https://mh999.app and all associated services, features, games, betting products, promotions, and communications provided by or through the mh999 platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the mh999 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm and agree that:

Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the source payment method.

mh999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), utility bills, and bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of mh999 Services, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active mh999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. mh999 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.

Account accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly notify mh999 of any changes to your registered details by contacting support. mh999 may reject withdrawal requests where account details do not match the information provided at registration or during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. mh999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You may be required to submit verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at mh999's reasonable discretion. Documents typically requested include government-issued photo ID, proof of address (dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership.

mh999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, transactions, and bonus amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by mh999, and no fees are charged by mh999 on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Accepted payment methods: mh999 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and mh999 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum deposit via card (Visa/Mastercard): ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your mh999 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• mh999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• mh999 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via mobile banking methods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to payment method availability.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during operating hours (8:00 AM – midnight Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been provided or if a transaction is flagged for security review.
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
• mh999 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Refused and returned transactions: mh999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity under these Terms.

mh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply across all mh999 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash. To convert bonus funds (or winnings generated from bonus funds) into withdrawable real-money funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game category and will be stated in each promotion's terms. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements will expire automatically on the stated date, and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.

Bonus abuse: mh999 takes bonus abuse seriously. The following practices are considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and, in repeat cases, account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay exposure (e.g., betting on multiple outcomes of the same event simultaneously).

mh999 reserves the right to: Modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Amend bonus terms in the event of a technical error, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirement. You agree to:

• Match-fixing and cheating: Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, sports event results, or exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform without genuine human participation.
• Collusion: Co-operating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests through your payment provider for funds legitimately deposited to mh999 and wagered.
• Impersonation: Registering or using the platform under a false identity or impersonating another individual.
• Harmful conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing mh999 staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform via any communication channel.

mh999 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these obligations, to suspend accounts during investigation, and to take all necessary legal and technical measures to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

mh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mh999.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Attempted circumvention of a self-exclusion agreement.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Account closure by the player: You may request the permanent closure of your mh999 account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address in the footer. Upon receiving a closure request, mh999 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. Cooling-off periods of 1 to 30 days can be activated by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion is also available on written request. Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. mh999 may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in any applicable fee schedule. mh999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying dormancy charges. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any required re-verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mh999 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the mh999 platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or wagers placed on the platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond mh999's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server downtime, third-party payment processing delays, and force majeure events.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional communications that are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any actions taken by mh999 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory obligation.

Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrect odds display, a game software malfunction, or a bonus credited in error — mh999 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and return the relevant stake amounts to players. mh999 will not honour winnings that are clearly the product of a technical error, regardless of whether they have been displayed or credited to a player's account balance.

Third-party services: mh999 integrates with third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service suppliers. mh999 is not responsible for any failure, error, or delay attributable to these third parties, nor for the content or practices of any third-party websites that may be accessible via links from the platform.

Governing law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which mh999 operates. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body as determined by mh999.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mh999 with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
